At the 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Come 'n listen to my story 'bout a man named Ensz,
A young farmer boy who was shy with all his friends.
And then one day he was sittin' in his school,
And there was a girl who was truly a jewel.
Dona, that is, Kehn girl, very cute.
Well the next thing you know they make a pretty pair,
Kin folks said, you should settle down right here.
So, the marriage was blessed and really nifty,
And now they're celebratin' number fifty.
Years, that is, five kids, sixteen grandbabies.
Well, now it's time to wish them all the best,
To be married so long shows true love never rests.
We're all so lucky to be in the family,
and join in the fun of this festive jubilee.
Anniversary, that is, stay a while and share some smiles.
